The buffet at Qing Zhen would feature four menus on rotation basis, with 15 main dishes every day. The entire spread consists of some 60 dishes daily.“Xinjiang cuisine entices you with its irresistible flavours and aromas of spices, especially cumin,” said the 43-year-old Zhou.
