Ingredients:-
1 cup whole almonds, blanched and peeled
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped
confectioners' sugar
How To:--
Preheat oven to 350°. In a food processor, grind together the almonds and granulated sugar. When almonds are the size of small bread crumbs, add orange blossom water and vanilla extract; mix until smooth. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks; fold in to almond mixture. Spoon dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and confectioners' sugar; bake for 10 minutes. Makes 30
