24 medium Prawns, shelled & deveined
24 Chinese pea pods
24 Ripe black olives
SAUCE:
1/4 cup Dry sherry
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Peanut butter
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
4 Cloves garlic, minced
Olives on bamboo picks and. Alternate prawns, pea pods. Combine and mix well these things :sherry, soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar, oil and garlic
For 6 to 10 minutes grill or broil kabobs until prawns turn pink and opaque, With peanut sauce brushing prawns frequently. for the prawns you can substitute 2 whole boned and skinned chicken breasts. Cut each half breast into 6pieces and skewer with pea pods and olives. Grill or broil 10 minutes or until done.
