Ritz Crunch Salmon!

Here I have a fresh recipe for some sea food lovers!

Ingredients:
1- Lbs. Fresh Alaskan or Atlantic Salmon Fillet
1/4 - Cup Butter, melted
1/2- Teaspoon Garlic, minced ready-to-use
1/4- Cup Pecans, crushed course
6- Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1- Dash Salt
Pam or other Vegetable Spray

Instructions:
Pre-heat, electric, gas, or charchol grill. In a small mixing bowl, combine: melted butter, garlic, pecans, Ritz crackers and salt. Spray salmon fillet with Pam, place on grill and sear both sides.
Cook 6 to 7 minutes after turning. Brush or spoon sauce over fillets.
Cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and serve.

It serves 2-4 people, my suggestion would be to use a special tempura sauce together with corn-on-the-cob,its absolutely an amazing experience! Enjoy the sea ride!
