Irish potato bread

INGREDIENT
5/8 cup milk
1/4 c potato water*
3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup plain mashed potato, at room temp.
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbls. butter or marg.
1 1/2 Tbls. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Add all ingredients according to your machine instructions. Select light crust setting.
*The water in which you cooked the potato.

I DO NOT HAVE A BREAD MACHINE COULD YOU GIVE ME THE DIRECTIONS TO DO IT WITH OUT A MACHINE THANKS SO MUCH
